STS Commercial Ltd will as standard collect usage information based on individual approved users, regarding both financial calculations and submitted enquiries, storing both contact information and figures used in the calculations.

We will retain anonymised information about your usage of the Application through Google Analytics for 26 months. This information helps us look at trends and patterns of usage but is not associated with you as an individual.
We will retain personal and identifiable information related to your usage of the Application and details of enquiring customers, where the enquiry resulted in a finance proposal for up to 6 years. Where the enquiry did not result in a financial proposal, we will retain data for up to 2 years.
